Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the rights and obligations of users of the EroLounge.cz internet platform (hereinafter "Platform"), operated by EroLounge s.r.o., based in the Czech Republic (hereinafter "Operator").

By registering on the Platform or using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Registration and User Account

• Registration via email address is required to use the Platform services.
• The user is obliged to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
• Each person may have only one user account.
• The user is responsible for securing their account and login credentials.
• Registration is only permitted for persons over 18 years of age.
• The Operator reserves the right to block or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms.

3. Account Types

The Platform distinguishes the following types of user accounts:

• Personal Profile — for independent service providers (masseuses, companions).
• Business Account — for venue operators (salons, clubs, apartments) who manage the profiles of their employees.
• Client Account — for users who browse and contact service providers.

4. Credit System

The Platform uses an internal credit system for paid services:

• Credits can be purchased via bank transfer.
• 1 credit = 1 CZK. Minimum purchase is 100 credits.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
• Credits have no expiration date.
• For business accounts, credits are shared — they are deducted from the venue owner's account for all managed profiles.

5. Position Auction System (Boosting)

The Platform offers an auction system to increase profile visibility in the catalog:

• The user sets a daily rate (minimum 1 CZK/day) and duration (1-90 days).
• Profiles with a higher daily rate are displayed at higher positions in the catalog.
• Credits are deducted daily for the entire duration of the boost.
• Boosting can be paused or cancelled at any time.
• If credits are insufficient, boosting is automatically paused.

6. Profile Content

Users are fully responsible for the content of their profiles. It is prohibited to:

• Publish false or misleading information.
• Use photographs of other persons or violate copyright.
• Publish content promoting violence, hatred or illegal activities.
• Publish contact details for other platforms to circumvent the system.

The Operator reserves the right to remove any content violating these Terms without prior notice.

7. Profile Verification

The Platform offers a profile verification system. A verified profile receives a "Verified" badge, which increases credibility. Verification is done by uploading a photo with the text "EroLounge" and subsequent approval by an administrator.

8. Liability

• The Operator does not provide any services advertised by users — it serves only as a contact intermediary.
• The Operator is not responsible for content published by users or the quality of services provided.
• The Operator is not liable for any damages arising in connection with the use of the Platform.
• The Operator is not responsible for temporary unavailability of services due to maintenance or technical issues.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

In case of a complaint or grievance, contact technical support at info@erolounge.cz. The complaint will be resolved within 30 business days. Any disputes will be resolved according to the laws of the Czech Republic by the competent court.

10. Final Provisions

The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be informed about significant changes via email or through the Platform at least 14 days in advance. By continuing to use the Platform after a change to the Terms, you agree to the updated version. Legal relations not governed by these Terms are subject to the laws of the Czech Republic.
